RETURN POLICY
Return procedure
You have 7 working days following the delivery
of your order to return an item.
The steps:
1 - Contact our customer
service to check the eligibility of your return at 696 523 672 from Monday to
Friday from 08:00 to 20:00 and Saturday from 10:00 to 17:00 or create your
return from your Estuaire Achat account.
2- Drop off your item at an
Estuaire Achat agency in your city or ask an agent for the return of your
product at 696 523 672 if you were delivered by an agency.
3- The item will only be
received if it is accompanied by its invoice, all its accessories and in its
original packaging in good condition.
4- All returned items are
subject to a verification review.

CAREFUL:
If the problem arises from the
customer's use and/or all the conditions for return are not met, then the
return of the item will be refused
Please note that no returns
will be recorded more than 7 working days after delivery of the order. However,
most of our products are covered by a warranty. We invite you to consult the
details of your order to find out how long your item will be guaranteed.
Returns Processing Times
The return process starts with the
verification of your product at Estuaire Achat.
Product replacements are made
within 1 to 3 days.
If the replacement is not made
within 3 days, we invite you to contact customer service on 696 523 672 from
Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 20:00 and Saturday from 10:00 to 13:00.
