Search for your product
Enter the
product name or keyword in the search bar or on the left side of your screen?
Click on the category to which the item you wish to order belongs.
Add it to cart
It's simple
once you have found your product, click on the item to view the product details
so you can have all the information related to the item, you can define your
criteria and the desired quantity. Then click on "BUY" to add it to
your cart.
Log in to your account
On Estuaire
Achat, it is impossible for you to place the order without creating an account.
Nevertheless, we recommend that you create an account and then log in to it to
place your orders faster, easier and more securely.
DELIVERY COSTS
In general,
our orders are delivered within the deadlines mentioned on our website and in
accordance with your locality and more precisely within the summary deadlines
of your order that you will find in your order validation email. Delivery times
take effect from the confirmation of the order. In the event of an impediment
either by a case of force majeure or an unforeseeable event that does not allow
us to honour the delivery within the given deadline, the delivery period is
extended according to the duration of the impediment.
We specify
that we reserve the right not to deliver orders that have been delayed due to
late and late supply by our suppliers and partners. The exemption from delivery
means that we cannot be held liable for the unavailability of the goods by our
authorised suppliers and partners who have not intentionally agreed to bear the
risk and costs associated with the supply and who have previously informed you
of the unavailability of the goods as soon as possible. When the above
conditions are met, the order is cancelled and we will refund the sums you have
already paid in case of pre-order.
We are
obliged to only deliver items within the limit of our available stock or for
which we have placed orders with our suppliers or partners. We deliver to
countries where we have a delivery service specified on Estuaire Achat in
accordance with the city or locality of your choice as indicated during the
checkout process. Home deliveries and deliveries to our authorized showrooms
are currently only in force in cities of Douala, Bafoussam and Yaoundé. For the
rest of the cities and towns on the national territory, deliveries are made via
the official agencies of our logistics partners, whose addresses will be
communicated to you when your order is processed before collection. It is your
responsibility to provide us with exactly all the delivery information
necessary for the proper delivery of your order.
Products
sold on our site are invoiced on the basis of the prices indicated in the offer
at the time of ordering. The prices indicated in the total invoice at the last
stage of the order process are the final prices, including all taxes at the
legal rate in force. The item remains our property until the full amount of the
invoice has been paid. The prices of the items displayed on
www.estuaireachat.com are prices excluding shipping costs. This is because
depending on the amount of your order or the delivery method you have selected,
you may be charged for the delivery costs. Upon receipt of your order, you are
obliged to check immediately and in the presence of the delivery agent, whether
it is complete and whether the product is damaged. You should also make sure
that the items delivered are exactly what you ordered. Non-compliance of items
received on delivery or any other complaints relating to the order delivered
must be sent within the given time limits (Returns and After-Sales Guarantees)

We can offer
you different delivery services depending on the offers, the delivery address
and the products ordered. In addition, the amount of the delivery costs depends
on the one hand on the items, their weights and places of supply, and on the
other hand on your shipping address and the delivery method you choose. Your
address and delivery method are systematically reminded at the time of the
"Finalize my order" step of the online ordering process just before
the actual validation of your purchase.
However,
subject to informing us via our Customer Service by phone, email or WhatsApp
message, from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday from
9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., it is also possible for you to go to one of our
showrooms in the cities of Douala, Bafoussam and Yaoundé to pick up your
package during the aforementioned time slots.
- Home delivery:
- (Service
valid exclusively for the cities of Douala, Bafoussam and Yaoundé) 1- The
shipping costs of your order for home delivery to the address indicated at the
time of your order are mentioned in the confirmation email that you receive
following the online validation of your order. These charges applicable to your
order depend on the items, their weights and places of supply, your shipping
address and the delivery method you choose and are indicated on your paper
invoice which is given to you on delivery by our delivery agents. For home
delivery services, you will be contacted in advance by our delivery service.
You will not be asked to make any additional contributions in addition to the
delivery costs mentioned on your paper invoice. We remind you that the said
delivery amount as well as the total amount of your invoice is specified at the
time of the confirmation step of the order process.
- Delivery to a Pick-up Point:
- (Service
not valid for cities other than Douala, Bafoussam and Yaoundé) Delivery to one
of our Collection Points in the cities of Douala, Bafoussam and Yaoundé: Delivery
to a Pick-up Point is free at Estuaire Achat. It is a fast delivery service at
no extra cost. Once your order is available, you will be contacted for
collection at the collection point you have chosen by confirming your order.
The Pick-up Point Delivery option can be selected when completing your online
order, as can the other delivery methods. It offers you the possibility of
placing your order and collecting it on site or receiving your item the same
day directly after validating your order online, within the limit of the stock
available in our warehouses. Please note that your parcel can only be kept for
a maximum of 7 days at our collection points, after which we reserve the right
to cancel it.
Delivery by
a logistics partner. For localities and cities other than Douala, Bafoussam and
Yaoundé, pick-ups are made at the agencies of our logistics partners. You will
be contacted once the item has been sent for pickup. The details and payment
methods required are communicated to you when confirming your order online or
in one of our showrooms in the cities of Douala, Bafoussam and Yaoundé. Upon
receipt of your order, you are obliged to check immediately and in the presence
of the delivery agent, whether it is complete, compliant and if the product is
damaged, contact us via our Customer Service in case of any complaints. We
specify that your package can only be kept for a maximum of 3 days with our
logistics partners, after which we reserve the right to cancel it and reship it
to one of our agencies. We will refund your payment through one of our refund
channels provided for this purpose.
